Head Bumpers - Step-By-Step Installation Instructions

For best results, installation should be performed when the ambient temperature is between 70 - 100 degrees farenheit.
Important - All surface areas must be clean and dry.
Thoroughly clean the area where the Head Bumper is to be installed, using a 50 / 50 solution of isopropyl alcohol and water. Consult the manufacturer's directions for the use and precautions, when using cleaning solutions.

Remove the protective liner, from the adhesive strips that are located on the inside of the Head Bumper.
|
Grasp the Head Bumper by the sides and spread them in an outward direction.
|
|
|
|
Firmly push the Head Bumper back and then up and onto the hoist lifting arm, so that it becomes fully seated to the arm.
|
Apply firm pressure to the sides and bottom, to seat the adhesive.
|
|
|
|
Once applied, the bond strength increases and approaches it's ultimate strength, after 72 hours at 70 degrees farenheit.
