Head Bumpers™ - Step-By-Step Installation Instructions

For best results, installation should be performed when the ambient temperature is between 70 - 100 degrees farenheit.
Important - All surface areas must be clean and dry.
Thoroughly clean the area where the Head Bumper™ is to be installed, using a 50 / 50 solution of isopropyl alcohol and water. Consult the manufacturer's directions for the use and precautions, when using cleaning solutions. |

Remove the protective liner, from the adhesive strips that are located on the inside of the Head Bumper™. |
Grasp the Head Bumper™ by the sides and spread them in an outward direction. |
|
|
|
Firmly push the Head Bumper™ back and then up and onto the hoist lifting arm, so that it becomes fully seated to the arm. |
Apply firm pressure to the sides and bottom, to seat the adhesive. |
|
|
|
Once applied, the bond strength increases and approaches it's ultimate strength, after 72 hours at 70 degrees farenheit. |
