LIMITATION OF REMEDIES AND LIABILITY:  If this RAFKEN, INC. product is deemed to be defective, at the sole discretion of RAFKEN, INC., THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY, AT RAFKEN, INC.  OPTION, SHALL BE TO REPAIR OR REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE RAFKEN, INC. PRODUCT FOR A PERIOD OF 12 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE.  RAFKEN, INC. shall not otherwise be liable for any personal injury, any and all losses or damages, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential as a result of the use or misuse of the product, regardless of the legal theory asserted, including negligence, warranty, or strict liability.  Products submitted for warranty shall be returned, prepaid, to RAFKEN, INC. at the address listed below with a copy of the original sales receipt showing the original date of purchase.
